⛔️ The Restart Agreement workflow must be enabled in your organisation’s Adobe Sign settings.This feature is only available to recipients after the first signer.

Open the agreement via the Adobe Sign email or dashboard.

Access the agreement through the email notification or directly from your Adobe Sign dashboard.

1. Click on Options menu

2. Select Restart agreement workflow from the dropdown list.

3. Enter a reason

In the pop-up window, enter a reason for restarting the agreement.
This will be visible to all parties and replaces any prior private messages.

The agreement will now be sent back to the first recipient to begin again.

ℹ️ Existing field data will be preserved, except for signatures and initials which must be re-entered.Notifications are sent to all parties.Restarting won’t alter the original agreement settings (e.g. reminders or expiration dates).You can’t restart agreements using digital signatures, notarisation, or electronic seals.
