Haileybury Transforms Work Experience with DynAPPix and Adobe Sign
Haileybury, partnering with DynAPPix and leveraging Adobe Sign, revolutionized its work experience program, saving over 500 hours annually. This collaboration streamlined processes, enhanced efficiency, and created new opportunities for students, marking a significant leap in digital innovation for education.
We recently set about implementing digital signatures and Adobe Sign in our IT Recruitment and Consulting business, with the view of streamlining our workflows for the onboarding of new contractors and clients.
We quickly learnt that whilst we understood our goal, the road to achieving this wasn't as simple as we had imagined. Enter Mike Chesswas from DynAPPix.
Develop a customer facing, intelligent electronic form to allow clients to submit applications for medical devices Conformity Assessments. Also develop a repository to contain the certificate information and allow the processing of the electronic applications.
Migrate the existing on premise SharePoint environment and on premise file shares to a new M365 intranet. We worked with De Luca to workshop their requirements for the new solution and establish a migration plan. We designed and established the new intranet page in O365 and utilised ShareGate to migrate existing SharePoint content and documents from file shares into the cloud.
